WHAT IS SENSIBLY SUPPORTED?

It’s recurring home support designed to keep up with the everyday things that make your home feel calm, functional and cared for.

We come weekly, biweekly, or monthly to reset your spaces, put things back where they belong and take care of the little things that tend to pile up.

As professional organizers, we're able to notice when something needs resetting, when a system is beginning to slip or when a space could function a little better.

We know where things belong. We notice what needs attention. And we simply take care of it.

We will:

Put away clean laundry and make beds
Receive + put away groceries
Reset your kitchen, pantry and fridge
Clean up and organize playrooms
Tidy children’s bedrooms
Rotate toys, books or activities
Reset everyday drop zones
Restock household essentials
Maintain closets + organization systems throughout all seasons
Handle light cleaning to make your spaces feel fresh
Handle any specific needs you have

HOW IT WORKS

Your home should be the place where life feels a little lighter.

FIRST, we begin with an initial Home Set-Up Day.

We’ll spend a day in your home getting to know your spaces, and do an initial reset of priority spaces to establish a functional starting point for ongoing support.

Not a previous Sensibly Sorted client? No problem. We will simply work with whatever systems you already have in place, and do necessary minor adjustments.

NEXT, we find your rhythm.

You can choose between WEEKLY (2 hours per week), BI-WEEKLY (3 hours, every other week), or MONTHLY (4 hours once a month).

THEN, we keep your home rolling.

No two Sensibly Supported visits will look exactly alike. As a home naturally changes from day to day, so will our support. Before we visit, you can always ask for specific tasks to be done, but you don’t have to think of everything. We’ll combine your requests with what our organizers notice while we’re there. One week may be a primary focus on laundry, groceries and the kitchen while the next may be the playroom, mudroom and children’s rooms. During every visit, we will do a full home tidy where visual clutter is mindfully removed.

Do I need to be home during your visit?

No. Sensibly Supported is specifically designed to be a hands-off service. Once we’ve established a way to enter your home and understand your preferences, our team can complete each visit while you’re at work, running errands, or away for any reason.

Do I need to leave you a list?

No, and that’s what makes this service option so amazing. You’re always welcome to send us priority areas before our visit, but we are experts at identifying what needs to be done.

Is this housekeeping?

Sensibly Supported definitely does not replace your cleaning service, if you have one. We focus on organization, resetting and household functionality rather than traditional cleaning

Will you put away laundry?

Yes! We’re happy to put away clean laundry and linens. Routine washing, drying, ironing, etc. are not included in standard Sensibly Supported visits.

Will you put away groceries?

Absolutely. We can receive scheduled grocery deliveries and put everything away while maintaining organization systems within your pantry, fridge and freezer. Grocery pickup may be added at an additional fee.

Do I have to purchase organizing products?

No. Your initial home set-up day does not require a full product-based organization project. We’ll work with what you already have and let you know where additional products could improve functionality. Then, it’s something you can choose to do upfront or in stages, but is never required.

Why is the initial home set-up required?

We need a functional baseline before we can effectively maintain your home. The initial visit allows us to learn your household, understand where things belong, reset priority areas and identify the systems we will maintain moving forward.

How many initial home set-up days will I need?

Most clients begin with one six-hour day. Depending on the size of your home, the number of spaces you’d like us to maintain and the current organization systems, we may recommend additional time. We’ll determine that with you before recurring service begins.

If you have already had your home previously organized by our team or by another professional organizer, your initial home set-up day may be significantly shorter.

Can I request different things each visit?

Absolutely. Sensibly Supported is intentionally flexible. You can send us a few priorities before our visit or simply let us know what is going on in your household that week. We’ll address those needs while also taking care of anything else we notice as time allows.

Can you organize additional spaces?

Small resets and fine-tuning are part of Sensibly Supported. Larger organization products requiring significant editing, planning, sourcing or installation of products will be scheduled separately through our full-service organization services. All Sensibly Supported clients will receive a discount on full-service projects.

Can I use Sensibly Supported for a second home?

Yes. Our monthly maintenance option is particularly well suited for second homes. Whether your home is in the mountains, at the lake or elsewhere throughout the Carolinas, Sensibly Supported can provide ongoing organization and household reset services so your home feels prepared when you arrive and thoughtfully put back together when you leave.

What is the cost?

Weekly Support: 2 hours every week - $140 per visit

Bi-Weekly Support: 3 hours, every other week - $210 per visit

Monthly Support: 4 hours, once per month - $300 per visit

Initial Home Set-Up Session: - $125/hour

Our recurring rates apply throughout our primary service area in Upstate South Carolina, including Greenville and surrounding communities. Travel fees may apply for homes outside of our service area.

Hours may be divided throughout a week depending on individual circumstances and availability.
